Located in Cumming, Georgia, Vickery Village is a mixed-used community designed to offer as much energy efficiency as curb appeal. Co-founders, Pam Sessions and Don Donnelly, have consistently made environmental sensitivity a core piece of their approach to community design and building. In Vickery, they raised the bar even higher and created a live-work-play neighborhood with a uniquely engaging residential experience.

With the preservation of natural habitats, parks and focus on pedestrian design, Vickery offers a truly walkable neighborhood that is a community of excellence. In 2006, the community won both the Platinum Award for the Garner House and the Gold Award for Best Suburban Smart Growth Neighborhood.
